“ Plymouth location: Not just their pie is the best around, but my new fave ENTREE is their throwback from Hudson's Maurice Salad!!! So great to have it back! Plus on Tuesdays members get a free treat with entree purchase--whoohoo! staff is great too. Tina amazing! And free membership gives a choice of a goodie in your birthday month!!! I LOVE this place! ”
“ I absolutely love this place. The service is outstanding and the food is amazing. I ordered the cherry chicken salad and it was delicious. I had coconut cream pie for dessert and it didn't disappoint. This a great place to go to if you're looking for comfort food at a fair price. ”
“ A friend told me to try out Grand Traverse Pie while I was in Michigan and we decided to stop in to pick up some pie slices. We arrived around 5:30pm on a weekday and there were some pies left. We ended up picking a slice of the blueberry crumb, the Michigan ABC Crumb (Apple, Blueberry, Cherry), and banana cream. The blueberry crumb was my favorite, but my husband really liked the ABC. We're just big crumb pie people, so it really hit the spot. I would suggest aiming to get there earlier in the day if you want a bigger selection. ”
“ Ordered lunch from here through Door Dash to be delivered. I was very disappointed they don't sell their pies or baked goods (except cookies) through Door Dash! I was really in the mood for a slice of pie. But to my surprise, there was a coupon included with my order for a free slice of pie. I'll have to stop in soon. Would have given 5 stars if I could have gotten pie with my lunch. ”
“ I love this place for breakfast or lunch. Their combo deals are really worth it. With fast food prices rising I would much rather go here (about the same price!) Staff is always really nice...one time when I explained that my mom and I were sharing an entree (at home because she's home bound) and mom loves their blueberry flavored apple sauce they gave us two portions without an extra charge. Worth the drive from Canton bypassing a lot of other restaurants on Ford road. ”
“ I felt like I made a great discovery on my last visit to Grand Traverse Pie. Of course, I had visited many times to pick up pies in the past, but on this latest visit, I was in the mood for lunch and wanted something different. They have a three course combo, which includes a pot pie, a salad, and a piece of pie. It turned out to be way more than I could eat in one sitting. The chicken pie was so filling, but was absolutely delicious. The crust was rich and buttery, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and were still flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised by the salad, which boasted the usual ingredients, but all the vegetables were fresh and yummy. I chose a slice of pecan pie for dessert (and it was a hard choice!). I've had it before and this piece was perfect, with an absolutely luscious texture to the filling. ”
“ Just a little different than the last time I was there and different than the last one I stopped at. They had less selection of pies and no carrot cake. The to go salad is smaller than the one you get to eat there, and it took a little longer for the food to come out. They still have all the favorites of soups, salads, and pot pies or quiches. Quality is still the same. While the parking lot looked a little full, still had a few tables left. Still happy it is still there after these years. ”
“ Let me start by summing it up in one word, WOW!!!! Upon walking in you are captured by the smell of Homemade Pie. The blend of crust and sweet fillings take you through a moment of happy thoughts and food fantasies. I stumbled upon this location thanks to Yelp as I was looking for a good salad. I'll be honest, I was good and actually got the salad. LOL! As I walked up to the counter I was greeted by the staff and welcomed to the establishment. I decided on the Cherry Chicken Salad as it sparked my interest. Once my order was placed, I grabbed a seat and waited for my name to be called. Once my name was called, I went back to the table and opened my salad. My eyes were drawn to the rich greens and reds from the lettuce and dried cherries. The berry cherry vinaigrette was an ideal pairing to bring out the flavors that are combined from the feta, parmesan, cucumber, tomato, and chicken breast. The salad presents a sweet and tangy that has balance from the salt of the croutons. A true flavor fun experience. I absolutely enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to grab a small bite and/or piece of pie. ”
